This whole foods diet, with a strong vegetarian bent, is largely Ayurvedic in practice. Don’t let that scare you. One of the best things about this book is that it looks not only at diet and body type (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) but also at one’s overall lifestyle and offers suggestions for improving all aspects.
