Gone are the days when women had the time to fix a fabulous dinner that was both delicious and healthy and THEN get all dolled up to serve it. Now you’re lucky if you can manage something home cooked as opposed to DiGiorno’s frozen pizza.

It’s not that hard! Really. I’d be lying if I told you that making healthy, home-cooked meals didn’t take some doing. But there are short cuts and you can learn to be expeditious. And with practice, cooking becomes both a meditation (I’m serious) and a creative outlet.

Coming in Spring 2012, you’ll learn how to turn 3 basic recipes into 9 awesomely delicious dishes through a series of short videos, recipes and shopping lists.
